WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK
In 2020 the world was hit with a global pandemic that has changed everything. I believe the enemy is trying to use sickness in new ways to claim his false authority in the world. There is a spirit of fear that is taking hold, even within the church, which is stronger than the disease itself, causing people to live in great anxiety, depression, loneliness and more. Suicide rates are up in some of the most developed nations, and even in rural Africa where I live, many farmers are afraid to go into their fields to plant.
As Christians, we cannot just sit back and ignore this disease; ignore the power of the enemy; and allow the overreach by spiritual authorities working throughout the world, to suppress the church in any way. We must rise up!
However, early on in this pandemic, I heard the Lord say, “There will be a new wave of healing revival coming around the world through the church, because I am moving the church out of apathy to global events.”
I believe the greatest revival in human history is yet to come! In this season of the devil’s work causing a global pandemic, I am becoming more and more hopeful that the time for this revival is knocking on our door! Whether it is the big one or just another foretaste of that revival, I believe the season is upon us, now!
I wrote this book to give every Christian the tools to stand firm, in Jesus' name, and see sicknesses healed, just as Jesus expects us to. We can be the catalyst He uses to bring about another great healing revival in this generation.

Anthony Scott Ingram is the founder and apostolic overseer of Sozo Ministries International, a church planting and leadership training ministry working in the USA, Uganda, and Kenya. He currently lives in Mbale, Uganda with his wife, Liz, and their three children, Marley, Harper, and Liam.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Arlington Baptist College, Arlington, Texas. He is ordained by the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening, and is also a member of Global Awakening’s Association of Healing Ministers.
